Our commitment

CORPBOLT LLC ("CORPBOLT") is committed to making the corpbolt.com website, the customer, admin, and agent portals, and the help center usable by people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing program. We design with assistive technology in mind, test our work, and fix problems as we find them.

Standards we target

  • WCAG 2.2, Level AA (W3C) — our principal target.
  • U.S. Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act — we follow the Revised 508 Standards (which incorporate WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA) and extend toward WCAG 2.2 AA.
  • ADA Title III (42 U.S.C. § 12181 et seq.) — we design for equal access consistent with the U.S. Department of Justice's web-accessibility guidance.
  • EN 301 549 — the EU harmonized accessibility standard, in the version mapped to WCAG 2.2 AA.
  • European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) — in force from 28 June 2025. Where the EAA applies to our offering to EU consumers, we align with its functional accessibility, accessible-communications, and accessible-support requirements.
  • UK Equality Act 2010 — we make reasonable adjustments for users in the UK.
3

Conformance status

Our website and core product surfaces aim for partial conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA today. "Partial conformance" means some content does not yet fully meet the standard, but most does, and we are remediating the rest.

We do not publish a specific dated audit report on this page until one has been completed and reviewed; once it is, we will list the report date and method.

4

Compatibility

We design and test against:

  • Browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari (current and previous major versions).
  • Operating systems: Windows 11, macOS 14+, iOS 17+, Android 13+.
  • Assistive technologies (target): JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), TalkBack (Android), and ZoomText.

If you use an assistive technology that we have not tested, please contact us — we are likely to be able to help.

5

What works today

  • Keyboard navigation across primary flows (formation wizard, portal, admin, help center).
  • Visible focus indicators with sufficient contrast.
  • Semantic HTML with landmarks (<header>, <nav>, <main>, <footer>).
  • Accessible labels on icon-only controls.
  • Form-field labels and error association.
  • Sufficient color contrast for text in our primary theme.
  • Reduced-motion support (prefers-reduced-motion).
  • Resizable text up to 200% without loss of content or function.
  • Skip-to-content patterns on long pages.
  • High-contrast and dark-mode themes.
6

Known issues and limitations

The list below is updated as we discover or fix things. If you encounter an issue not listed, please tell us (see §8).

  • Some non-primary color states may fall short of the contrast targets; we are reviewing tokens.
  • Some interactive cards and complex composite controls may lack a fully programmatic name on assistive-tech focus in certain views.
  • Toolbar buttons in the help-center editor may rely on tooltip-only labels at narrow viewports.
  • Auto-generated PDFs may not be fully tagged; on request we will provide an accessible alternative.
  • Third-party content (e.g., Stripe checkout iframe, Intercom chat widget, Senja testimonial widgets/toast, Trustpilot widgets, embedded videos) is rendered by third parties; we hold them to commercial accessibility standards but do not control their implementations.
  • User-supplied content (customer-uploaded files and customer-authored support replies) is outside our authoring control.
7

Reasonable adjustments

If you need an adjustment to complete a task — for example, a phone-based intake interview, an audio walk-through of the formation wizard, or an alternative format of a document — please contact us. We will provide an accommodation at no extra cost where it is reasonable to do so.

8

Feedback and how to report an accessibility issue

We want to hear from you. To report an accessibility barrier or share a suggestion, email privacy@corpbolt.com with subject ACCESSIBILITY, call +1 (307) 300-2206, or write to CORPBOLT LLC — Accessibility, 1309 Coffeen Ave, Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

When reporting, please include:

  • the URL or feature where the issue happened;
  • the assistive technology (and version) you were using;
  • a description of what you were trying to do; and
  • what happened versus what you expected.

We aim to acknowledge promptly and respond with a workaround where one is available. We will tell you a realistic remediation timeline once we have triaged your report.

9

Enforcement and external complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate:

  • United States: U.S. Department of Justice (Civil Rights Division, ADA). For Federal-sector matters, the U.S. Access Board (Section 508).
  • European Union: the national accessibility-enforcement body designated under the EAA in your Member State.
  • United Kingdom: Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) for Equality Act 2010 complaints.

Nothing in this statement waives any non-waivable accessibility right.

10

Procurement and conformance reports

For institutional customers that require an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR / VPAT 2.5) or equivalent EN 301 549 documentation, please request it through the channel in §8. We will provide the most recent report once it is available; until then, we will share a written summary of current scope, known issues, and remediation plan, under NDA where appropriate.

11

Continuous improvement

We bake accessibility into our engineering process:

  • Components. We use Radix UI + shadcn for our primitives because they have strong baseline accessibility.
  • Code review. Accessibility considerations are part of our review for UI changes.
  • Automation. We use accessibility-aware linting and automated checks in CI where practical.
  • Manual testing. Significant features are tested with keyboard navigation and at least one screen reader before launch.
