Form 5472 + 1120, filed
Included in Concierge. Add it on Launch for $199/yr (member price) or on Foundation for $349/yr.
Why the tax filing matters: most single-owner LLCs owned by non-US founders must file Form 5472 with a pro forma Form 1120 every year, even with no US income, because money moving between you and your LLC counts as a reportable transaction. The IRS penalty for a missed or incomplete Form 5472 is $25,000, so we put it on your calendar and, on Concierge or with the add-on, file it for you.
Our filing commitment: we file your annual report and, on Concierge or with the tax-filing add-on, your Form 5472 + 1120 before they’re due, as long as you confirm your details when we ask.

On the first day of your LLC’s anniversary month, every year, starting the year after formation. You can file up to 120 days early. The license tax due with it is $60 or $0.0002 per dollar of Wyoming assets, whichever is greater.
The LLC turns delinquent on the second day of the following month and is dissolved if the report is still missing 60 days after the due date. Reinstating within two years takes the overdue license tax plus a $100 fee. Every CORPBOLT plan files the report for you.
With its pro forma Form 1120, by the 15th day of the fourth month after the tax year ends: April 15 for a calendar-year LLC. Form 7004 extends that by six months. Foreign-owned LLCs fax or mail it (no e-filing), and a missed form carries a $25,000 penalty.
Yes, when your LLC’s mailing address, business location or responsible party changes. A new responsible party must be reported within 60 days. Filing it keeps IRS notices about your EIN going to the right person and address.
For a foreign-owned, calendar-year Wyoming LLC: the annual report and license tax in its anniversary month, Form 5472 with a pro forma 1120 by April 15 (October 15 if extended), and Form 8822-B within 60 days of a responsible party change. Free CORPBOLT email reminders cover the dated ones.
